On delivery day, our workers will bring the products right to your worksite at the agreed upon time, and then you are ready to roll. The products can be used right away. 

Workers will be back to service your portable toilets weekly and swapping a roll-off dumpster is as simple as giving us a call and letting us know your dumpster is getting full. Workers will be over as soon as possible to swap out the filled dumpster with an empty one, and we will haul off the debris and construction waste inside of the rental container for you to the nearest proper disposal site.

The smallest roll-off dumpster we offer is our 15-yard. It is ideal for small jobs, such as small home remodels or renovations. This 15-yard roll-off measures 14 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 4 feet tall, so you will need at least an 8 x 14 sized spot for it to be placed. It is great for residential project sites where there is not much driveway room to place it. 

20 Yard

The 20-yard roll-off dumpster is ideal for handling debris from shed renovations, large home remodeling projects or large home renovations, or small businesses. It can hold about 7-9 pickup truck loads full of debris. This 20-yard dumpster measures 14 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 6 feet tall, so you will need at least an 8 x 14 sized spot for it to be placed. It is great for residential project sites where there is not much driveway room to place it. 

30 Yard

The 30-yard roll-off dumpster is ideal for major construction projects, semi-large home projects, large-scale home remodeling, and landscaping. It can hold about 10 to 12 pickup truck loads full of debris. This 30-yard dumpster measures 21 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 6 feet tall, so you will need at least an 8 x 21 sized spot for it to be placed.

40 Yard

The largest roll-off dumpsters we offer are 40-yard. This sized dumpster is reserved exclusively for commercial projects. They are ideal for large building remodeling projects and other commercial construction projects. It can hold about 12 to 14 pickup truck loads full of debris. Our 40-yard dumpster measures 21 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 8 feet tall, so you will need at least an 8 x 21 sized spot for it to be placed. Because of its large size and the way drivers must maneuver to unload it onto the work site, we ask that you clear at least twice the length of this dumpster’s footprint.

Customers should always evenly distribute the debris thrown into the roll-off dumpsters they are renting. Distributing weight throughout products helps our drivers who are picking up the dumpster to not sway side to side when making turns, possibly turning over and causing an accident.

Customers should also place lighter items under the heavier items to prevent lighter ones from flying off while in transport and impacting our driver or other motorists on the road.

Dumpsters are loaded by customers walking debris in through the back door or by carefully tossing material over the sides.

Restroom Accommodations

Our portable toilets come in two sizes, standard and ADA compliant handicap accessible. All of our portable toilets arrive on delivery day cleaned and ready for use. Each sanitary portable facility is designed for single use and can serve around 45 to 50 people before needing to be serviced. Service visits typically occur weekly, unless otherwise specified when renting. During a service visit, a truck will pump out all of the mess inside of the toilet, and workers will clean the temporary bathroom facility and restock supplies, including two large rolls of toilet paper and toilet bowl sanitizer. 

These temporary bathroom facilities are weather resistant and built from impervious materials designed to keep human waste sanitary and contained.

Both sizes include non-slip floors and translucent ceilings for natural light. Each portable toilet has a locking door for added privacy. ADA compliant handicap accessible toilets come with a guard rail and extra space to move around inside of the temporary bathroom facility.

FAQs

What items are prohibited from being thrown away in a roll-off dumpster?

Flammable and bulky items are prohibited from being allowed to be disposed of in a roll-off dumpster. Items include tires, liquid paint, paint cans, fluorescent lights, propane tanks, medical waste, animal-human parts, mattresses, box springs, electronics, televisions, explosives, flammable items, pesticides, aerosol cans, anti-freeze, car fluids, oil, gasoline, batteries, and herbicides.

How much does it cost to rent a roll-off dumpster?

The cost to rent a dumpster depends on product size and location. Added fees are accrued for disposal of prohibited items into our products, as well as for overfilling and exceeding dumpsters weight limit. Multiple portable toilet service visits in a week are also an added cost.

Will a roll-off dumpster damage my property?

Our workers are highly trained to load and unload roll-off dumpsters onto the property and treat customer’s property with proper care.

Are dumpsters dangerous?

Yes, roll-off dumpsters can be dangerous because they contain lots of construction debris that can be harmful if fallen onto. This is why customers need to be careful when loading the dumpster and never let children or pets play in the dumpster’s area.

Will I need a permit for a roll-off dumpster?

Dumpster permits are not needed, unless otherwise specified by a neighborhood, city, or state.

When should dumpsters be swapped?

The timeline for dumpster swapping depends largely on how fast you fill up your roll-off dumpster. Containers should never be overflowing with trash, so we ask that customers keep an eye on the brim of the roll-off dumpster as they are filling them up with debris and let us know when they gets filled up to that point. Once contacted, our workers will be sent to swap out your full dumpster with an empty one as soon as possible.

Dumpsters are needed for a variety of reasons. Don’t get stuck wasting a lot of your, or your workers, valuable time hauling waste back and forth to a landfill when you could be spending that time on what truly matters – getting the project done. What is the delivery process like?

Our workers make dumpster delivery easy on your part. Just tell us when and where you would like your roll-off dumpster to be delivered, and our team will bring it to that location at the time agreed upon when you made the reservation. In fact, delivery day is so easy that you do not even need to show up to your dumpster’s delivery. Just don’t forget to let us know that you want us to call you once the drop-off has been made. Of course, if you would like, you are welcome to be there too! All we ask is that you do not forget to clear a hard, flat surface large enough for us to place your product on. Not doing so will cause a delay in our super simple delivery process. We cannot place the dumpster if there is nowhere clean and safe to place it.
